  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼- ½ teaspoon ground chipotle (or sub chili powder)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
  • Optional- one avocado, diced
