serves 4- 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded (I like to use rotisserie chicken))
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice (from the pickle jar)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt ((do not use table salt or it will be too salty...start with a little and and more to taste))
