- ½ cup chicken broth (heated until boiling)
- Chopped green onions and peanuts (to garnish)
- ¼ cup whole Sichuan peppercorns
- 2-3 tablespoon crispy chili oil
- 2 tablespoon Chinese sesame paste (or tahini or unsweetened peanut butter)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
