  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste, (or a ½-inch piece of ginger root peeled and grated )
  • 1 clove garlic, (grated)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 8-10 round rice paper wrappers
  • Warm water
  • 1 jalapeño, (optional, very thinly sliced)
  • Nonstick cooking spray (or a little neutral oil)
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 green onion, (thinly sliced)
