  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (honey, agave, or sweetener)
  • 3 cups 6 oz shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1/3 cup red onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno (cut into strips with ribs and seeds removed)
  • 12 flour tortillas (warmed)
  • 12 corn tortillas (warmed)
