  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp polenta/cornmeal ((optional but it does add a crunch!))
  • salt

  • 2 cups white cabbage
  • 8-10 flour tortillas ((get my recipe))
  • 1 green chilli ((optional))
