  • 500 g (17.5 oz) passata
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree (paste for US)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp double (heavy) cream
  • 300 g (10.5 oz) dried spaghetti
  • 1 large courgette (zucchini) (spiralized, or sliced into long thin strips (matchstick width))
