- 8 tbsp whey protein powder (unsweetened, 50g (2 scoops))
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt (120g, I used Fage 5%)
- 1/2-1 tbsp liquid allulose or powdered sweetener of choice (OPTIONAL, add to taste)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or hazelnut butter)
- 2 tsp soy milk (to loosen)
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts (toasted + chopped)
- 1 cup raspberries (blended or mashed with a fork (125g))
- 1 tbsp heaped hemp seeds (15g)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (runny, 64g)
- 1 - 2 tbsp toasted peanuts (chopped, 10-20g)
