  • 1/2-1 tbsp liquid allulose or powdered sweetener of choice (OPTIONAL, add to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or hazelnut butter)
  • 2 tsp soy milk (to loosen)
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts (toasted + chopped)
  • 1 cup raspberries (blended or mashed with a fork (125g))
  • 1 tbsp heaped hemp seeds (15g)
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (runny, 64g)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp toasted peanuts (chopped, 10-20g)
