- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnishing)
- 1 medium lemon (zested)
- Juice from 1 medium lemon
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
