  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese (shredded from an 8 oz block)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Pepper jack cheese (shredded from an 8 oz block, reserving the rest of the block for another time)
