- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water ((add 1 more tablespoon for a thinner consistency))
- salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
