  • 1/2 bell pepper (diced (any color))
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (diced (seeded for mild, kept for hot))
  • 4 green onions (sliced (whites and greens separated))
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Crystal, Tabasco, or your favorite)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
