  • 15 ounce can white beans (such as cannellini, butter beans, chickpeas, or 1 1/2 cups cooked beans of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon bbq sauce , (optional )
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or 1/2 teaspoons sugar )
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
