  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups passata or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large tomato (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (aka Kasuri Methi)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
