  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1½ pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves (or tenders, sliced thin - see notes)
  • 1 teaspoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium tamari
  • 1 teaspoon peanut oil or more (for stir-frying)
