- 1 tablespoon brandy (optional)

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (or use gluten-free flour blend)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt (I like 1/2 teaspoon)

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or buttermilk)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted & cooled
- 1/4 cup almond slices, toasted, for garnish
