- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup milk (I used 2%*)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese (such as swiss, fontina, gruyere, cheddar, mozzarella (I used half swiss and half cheddar))
- Salt and pepper to taste
