  • 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup chicken broth
  • 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (drained )
  • ¾ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (plus additional for serving )
