  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled slightly)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (reduce to a pinch if using salted butter)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup raisins
