- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 6 cups shredded green cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 4 brioche buns - toasted
