  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium dill pickle ((finely diced))
  • 1 shallot ((finely diced; you can also substitute a 2 tablespoons of minced red onion))
  • Salt and pepper to taste
