Beef gyros feature charred pita, tender shredded beef, and fresh vegetables topped with creamy tzatziki. The beef is slow-cooked with Mediterranean spices until it shreds easily, then served warm in pita bread with tomatoes, onions, and cucumber. A satisfying Greek-inspired sandwich for lunch or dinner.
