Beef braciole is thinly sliced beef rolled with a savory breadcrumb, herb, and cheese filling, then braised slowly in tomato sauce until tender. The meat absorbs rich garlicky flavors and becomes incredibly tender. It's a classic Italian comfort dish perfect for Sunday supper or entertaining.
