- 1 cup (240ml) low-sodium chicken stock ()
- 1 (15oz) can crushed tomatoes, (or tomato passata)
- 10 basil leaves, (plus more leaved, for serving)
- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts, (optional, for serving)
