- 1 cup dried fruit (I used ½ dates and ½ dried apricots)
- ½ cup seeds (I used ¼ cup pumpkin seeds and ¼ cup sunflower, you can also add chia seeds, sesame seeds etc)
- ¼ cup nut butter (such as almond butter or peanut butter)
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: I like adding vanilla extract
