  • 1 cup dried fruit (I used ½ dates and ½ dried apricots)
  • ½ cup seeds (I used ¼ cup pumpkin seeds and ¼ cup sunflower, you can also add chia seeds, sesame seeds etc)
  • ¼ cup nut butter (such as almond butter or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: I like adding vanilla extract
