- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ((I love Nielsen-Massey), 5ml)
- 2 very ripe bananas (mashed with a fork (a bit over ½ cup and a bit less than ¾ cup))
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)
