  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt (4.2g )
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ((I love Nielsen-Massey), 5ml)
  • 2 very ripe bananas (mashed with a fork (a bit over ½ cup and a bit less than ¾ cup))
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)
