- 14 rindless short cut bacon rashers (, cooked until well done (not too crispy))

- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- A dab of wasabi sauce
- A dash of soy sauce
