  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (30 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 mL)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
