  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 2 Thai chiles or 1 serrano pepper (diced)
  • Sea salt
  • ¼ cup toasted peanuts (pepitas, and/or sesame seeds)
  • 1 ripe peach (thinly sliced)
