- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or more if you like it spicy
- sesame seeds, for serving
- hot chili oil, for drizzling on top (highly recommend!)
