  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • For the Topping: ¼ cup of granulated sugar + 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
