  • 2 Potatoes (1-inch cubes or cut into wedges, 320 grams, I used Russet potatoes)
  • 1 Cauliflower (Gobi) (cut into medium florets, 350 grams )
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Lime or Lemon juice (or 1 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur))
  • 3-4 tablespoon Cilantro (chopped, for garnish )
