- 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (for garnishing, or to taste)
